Shipping policy

Every order is made by hand in our shop in Apison, Tennessee, so here's what to expect from checkout to doorstep.

Production time
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. For orders that need a proof, such as custom logos, that 5–7 days starts once you approve the proof. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Shipping times
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Need it by a certain date?
Have a closing coming up? Email us before you order and tell us your date. We'll let you know honestly whether we can make it.

Shipping directly to your client
We're happy to ship straight to your client. Just enter their address at checkout and add a gift note if you'd like. We never put pricing in the package.

Large and bulk orders
Brokerage, team, and bulk orders may need more production time. We'll confirm your timeline before we start.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it delivered but you can't find it, email us at thebahandmade@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
