Welcome to Theba Handmade! These terms explain how ordering from thebahandmade.com works. When you place an order or use our site, you’re agreeing to them. This site is operated by Theba Handmade, LLC, a family-owned business in Apison, Tennessee.

1. Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep prices, photos, and product details accurate. If we spot an error after you order, we’ll contact you before going any further, and you can cancel for a full refund. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or a request we can’t fulfill. If we do, you’ll get a full refund.

2. Personalization and the content you send us
When you send us names, logos, artwork, or text to engrave, you confirm that you have the right to use them. If it’s your brokerage, lender, or company logo, you confirm you’re authorized to have it reproduced. We may decline any content that infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright, or that we find offensive. You’re responsible for checking spelling, dates, and details before checkout or proof approval. We engrave exactly what you submit or approve.

3. Proofs
For logo and custom orders, we may send a digital proof before production. Production begins once you approve it. A proof shows layout and placement; the final engraving can vary slightly in depth, tone, and size depending on the material.

4. Handmade materials
Our products use natural materials like wood, leather, and slate. Grain, color, knots, and texture vary from piece to piece and may differ from our photos. That variation is part of handmade work and isn’t a defect.

5. Production and shipping times
Production and delivery times on our site are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons, material availability, and carrier delays can affect timing. If you need an order by a specific date, such as a closing, tell us before you order and we’ll let you know honestly whether we can make it. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier’s hands, but we’ll always help you track down a problem.

6. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are covered in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Product use and care
Our cutting boards are food safe when cared for as directed: hand wash only, no dishwasher, and oil regularly. Follow the care instructions that come with your item. We aren’t responsible for damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear.

8. Photos of our work
We love sharing what we make. We may photograph finished orders and share them on our website and social media. If you’d prefer we not share your order (for example, because it includes a client’s name or a private logo), just let us know and we won’t.

9. Our designs and content
The designs, photos, text, and graphics on this site belong to Theba Handmade, LLC. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission. Your own logos and artwork stay yours.

10. Limitation of liability
Our products and site are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Theba Handmade, LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Hamilton County, Tennessee.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted here.
